OvenGrate
Introducing Oven Grate! Part roasting pan, part GrillGrate, Oven Grate allows you to "grill" in your oven. Now you can grill year round regardless of the weather. Coated with a PFOA free non stick material Oven Grate can be cleaned in your dishwasher and is safe up to 500 degrees. Oven Grate is made from the same aluminum as GrillGrates so it will heat up super fast and amplify the heat of your oven. Oven Grate comes with our GrateTongs which makes flipping and turning food a breeze. OvenGrate also come with our Grate Scrubbie for cleaning and maintaining your OvenGrate. In our tests Oven Grate performs better in a gas powered oven but will work fine in an electric oven provided you have a decent exhaust fan. OvenGrate is 20.5" x 13" x 3.5"- please measure your oven to be sure it will fit.

Place OvenGrate assembly with nesting pan in the center of the oven.

Preheat assembly in oven @ 450F-500F for high heat grilling or 300F-350F for roasting.

Place food on raised rails when oven and OvenGrate are at desired temperature

Use GrateTongs to turn and handle food on and off OvenGrate

Use the Grate Scrubbie to clean your OvenGrate. Do not use a traditional grill brush.
